Facility was okay overall. Was on a brand new updated floor. Floated probably 10-15 times all contract - floated to like units. Had a charge RN who took a full team most nights - helped you if they had time. Most staff was helpful and kind! Maybe had 1-2 techs on a 44 bed unit - pretty much on your own for vitals, etc. ratio 1:6-7 on nights
